Need to return a product? 

Please follow the steps below!

• Please insert a copy of your original invoice inside the parcel along with reason for return.

• Post your parcel back to us by dropping it off at your local Post Office

• We aim to review all returns within 2 days of receiving the parcel

• Our returns period is 30 days, unfortunately, we can't accept returns after this time

• Please note we will not refund your original shipping charges, unless your return reason is due to a late delivery.

• Customised goods cannot be returned.

Please keep hold of your proof of postage in case anything happens to your parcel on its way back to us.
